What to do in Barcelona?
Sights to see
One of the city's best-known sons is the architect Antoni Gaudí. We are all familiar with his buildings. The famous Sagrada Familia church is one of the city's most important landmarks, as is Park Güell with its richly adorned and colourful mosaics. And last but not least, Casa Mila on Passeig de Gràcia No. 92. Its irregular façade and sinuously curved balconies catch the eye from afar. One of the apartments as well as the top floor and roof terrace can be visited.
Whether you opt to visit one of Gaudí's masterpieces or simply wish to soak up the Spanish sun – Barcelona offers you a wealth of options for a fringe programme during your convention, trade fair, conference or meeting.
